![]() China has the largest population of any country in the world. ![]() And of those, one-quarter were companies with headquarters on the Chinese mainland. ![]() According to the Minderoo Foundation in Perth, Australia, which released its first Plastic Waste Makers Index on Tuesday, only twenty corporations are responsible for producing half of the single-use plastic goods that are discarded each year throughout the world.
